Units for our needs. This hotel was set in a central area close enough to public transportation, grocery and food places, quitely and Toronto.

The setting was magnificent, adjacent to public transport to the city, a nice area and most things. Places like Weston Park were a 10-15 minute walking distance from from here too.

The bed was not very comfortable in this place.

great value for money! felt safe and comfortable like in an upper class hotel, but for half the cost. wifi and netflix included, plus a clean and modern bathroom. overall, very good experience.

The room at Leaside Garden Guesthouse was clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to downtown Toronto. The AC was a welcome feature, although regulating the temperature was a bit challenging. Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a great experience overall.

The guesthouse is located in a nice area, surrounded by a beautiful suburb and close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. the rooms are well-proportioned, clean, and some offer a nice view of the garden or the street. the property is also secure with access codes and CCTV. the host, Alex, is attentive and helpful, ensuring guests have a comfortable stay.

The noise insulation in some rooms could be improved, as noise from the street or other guests can be heard at times.

We had an incredible stay at Leaside Garden Guesthouse. the rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully fitted out, surpassing the standards of many 5, star hotels. the kitchen was well, equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our meals. Check, in was smooth and hassle, free, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the location was fantastic, with an abundance of excellent restaurants and shops nearby on Bayview Ave East.

It was an amazing experience, providing great value for money. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like 😊.
